What is the difference between A-Grade VIP Tent and regular tents?
A-Grade VIP Tents in Zone 1 are premium accommodations in Mina with comfortable Sofa come bedding,15-16 Haji in a Tent, air conditioning, attached bathroom facilities, and — most importantly — the closest location to Jamarat. This means significantly less walking (5-10 minutes vs. 30-60+ minutes from other zones), which is a huge advantage especially for elderly pilgrims. Meals are also served directly in the tent.
How do I book and what documents are required?
Booking is simple! Contact us via WhatsApp or phone, and we'll guide you through the process. Required documents: valid Bangladeshi passport (minimum 6 months validity), passport-size photos, and completed Hajj application form. We handle all visa processing. A 50% advance payment confirms your seat, with the balance due before January.
Is the air ticket included? Which airline do you use?
Yes,usually return air tickets (Dhaka ↔ Jeddah,Medina ↔ Dhaka) are included in all packages. We primarily use Saudia Airlines or Biman Bangladesh Airlines or other govt approved Hajj fligths carriers depending on availability and schedule. All hajj flights are Direct flights.
What if I need medical assistance during Hajj?
All our packages include comprehensive travel insurance. Additionally, our on-ground support team includes medical professionals, and we have arrangements with nearby clinics in Makkah, Madinah, and Mina. In case of emergency, we ensure rapid access to Saudi healthcare facilities.
